As we settle into our summer schedule at Proctor, we hope you have the opportunity to spend time with family and friends, embarking on new adventures or simply unplugging and recharging.
To stay up to date with our Proctor enrollment summer to-do list, here are some tasks you can check off in June:
Final Transcript Release Form: If you have not done so already, please submit theFinal Transcript Release Form to your child’s most recent school as soon as possible. Our Academic Dean’s Office needs all transcripts by June 30th.
Summer Academic Work: Each student is expected to complete summer math and literacy work (click HERE for details). Those students enrolled in AP and Honors courses for the upcoming year should complete the required reading assignments listed as well. Note: 9th and 10th grade students received their course assignments by email on Friday, June 14th. Our Academic Dean’s office will reach out directly to 11th, 12th and PG students to make course selections.
Summer Literacy Book Purchases: You may purchase your summer literacy book independently, or if you prefer, Proctor will happily arrange for the delivery of your chosen book to you at no additional cost. Please click HERE for the order form and more details.
Wilderness Orientation: Learn more, start planning and access the packing and equipment list HERE.
Magnus Health Forms: Proctor’s Magnus Health Forms are now available on your Proctor portal on the Resource Page. Magnus Health Forms are due by August 1st. Note: A current physical is required, so please plan ahead to schedule an appointment for your child. If you have any questions regarding health forms, please contact either Magnus Health or the Proctor Health Center.
